Being an orientation group leader allowed me to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience for the incoming J1s. Such an experience has definitely improved my leadership skills and self-confidence. Most importantly, forging long-lasting memories with my fellow OGLs and J1s is something that I'll never forget!
